Short synopsis:
Travelling onward to Newton, the Fantasia are stopped by a roadblock set up by Ida and her gang of Hillfolk. Threatening to crush the Fantasia vehicles if they do not comply, Ida demands that for safe passage Timon, Eden and Jewel must be handed over. Realising that the boys are putting the Fantasia at risk, Garland confronts Timon, who describes the future of Solis, from where he, Eden and Jewel have come.

On the way to Newton, the Fantasia reach a roadblock set up by Ida and her gang of Hillfolk. Safe passage is expensive – Ida demands that Timon, Eden and Jewel be given to her, and then the Fantasia may continue, or the Hillfolk will crush the Fantasia vehicles.

Seeing that it is because of Timon and Eden that the Fantasia are in danger, Garland realises that they could put the Fantasia at risk, and sees the danger of the mysterious strangers, Ozul and Maska, who are still following the boys. She confronts Timon with this, who describes the future Solis, from where he and Eden have come. He speaks of the Fantasia failing their mission, the Council of Solis giving up hope, and the Nennog taking power.

Meanwhile, the Fantasia manage to distract Ida and the Hillfolk, and then surround her. The Fantasia continue on their way, unharmed.
