Full episode recap:
The Fantasia’s vehicles have been totally destroyed by Ozul’s bomb, but more importantly Maska has taken jewel and a bottle of sleeping potion. With only one day until the solstice, there seems no hope of success. As a van drives towards the bombed camp, the Fantasia arm themselves, thinking it is Ozul and Maska. In fact it is Bannister, who is concerned as the Fantasia should have been in Solis by now, and he also saw the explosions. Overjoyed to see Bannister, Maddie and Yves borrow his van so as to reach Solis in time.

Meanwhile, Garland talks to Timon about Jewel. Timon is now grotesque, with an oversized, lumpy green face, little hair, and slit-pupils. He tells Garland that as he still has the communicator, Ozul and Maska, with Jewel, will eventually come to him. The Fantasia place the communicator next to Timon, and hide, ready to ambush. Sure enough, Maska soon comes to Timon, and finds himself surrounded by the Fantasia. He touches Timon, and but energy surges from Timon to him, throwing his mechanical body into spasms. He runs away, with Garland, Boomer and Eden hot on his trail. They soon lose him, however, and Garland wishes she had the help of the Silver Girl. Eden tells her that she can summon her – concentrating really hard, Garland sees the Silver Girl, who leads them to a manhole cover. She seems very weak, however, and appears to fall asleep. Garland, Boomer and Eden enter the manhole, and find themselves in ancient sewers, from before the Great Chaos. They find Ozul and Maska, trying to fix the transporter, and with them is Jewel, who they have drugged with the sleeping potion.

Arriving in Solis, Maddie and Yves are greeted by a Duke of Solis, who tell them that the council were to meet that night, to discuss new strategies. What Maddie and Yves don’t know, however, is that this is the same duke who is to become the Nennog. He takes the solar converter from them, and places them in a prison cell.

In the sewers, Ozul and Maska find Garland and the others. They are soon joined, however, by Timon, who has broken his chains. Timon tells Garland and he others to take Jewel and continue down the sewers. He soon meets then, saying that he has knocked out Ozul and Maska, and that the sewer leads right to the heart of Solis. Garland and Eden are ready to continue, but Boomer does not believe, let alone trust Timon. He states it must be a trap, and that it would be safer to go over-ground. Garland and Eden disagree, and continue with Timon, whilst Boomer continues over-ground. Garland, Eden, Jewel and Timon soon arrive in the central solar chamber of Solis, where they find the duke with the converter. Garland asks Timon to take the converter, but he does not – instead, Ozul and Maska soon emerge from the sewers. Boomer was right, Timon has set a trap.

Boomer, having reached Solis using his mended Birdboy wings, finds Maddie and Yves and releases them. In the central solar chamber, however, things are looking a lot less positive. Eden has managed to take the solar converter, but Timon demands it. With Timon about to use force, Eden manages to use his powers and create a force-field surrounding him. Timon turns his attention to Jewel. Garland, close to tears from seeing Timon behaving like this, refuses to give her to him. She jumps from the tower with Jewel, and using her circus skills lands on one of the many power lines controlling the complex. She tightrope-walks, but is soon joined by Ozul and Maska. At this point, Maddie and Yves reach the chamber. Garland manages to off-balance Ozul, but Maska being an android has perfect balance. Maddie starts throwing razors, and eventually knocks Maska off. Timon, however, then joins her on the cable. He tries to knock her off, and succeeds. Shocked at what he has done, he grabs her by the arm just as she starts to fall, and using his mutated strength holds her.

During these events, Eden has managed to install the new solar converter, bringing all the machinery and systems on-line. Having succeeded in their quest, the future changes. The Nennog has now never come to power, and therefore Timon has never been infected. He regenerates into the original, compassionate Timon. With losing his evil, however, he loses his strength. He drops Garland, but she is caught by Boomer who is using his Birdboy wings, and is taken back to the chamber. When she arrives, however, she no longer has Jewel. Garland has no idea what happened to her, and then the Silver Girl appears – she is Jewel from the future. She has been stuck between times – only a possibility if the quest succeeded. Now that it has, she exists, and she, Timon and Eden return to the future. Having succeeded, the Fantasia put on a show.

The quest is over. The Fantasia have succeeded. Solis has been saved. Timon, Eden and Jewel have survived. Maddie and Yves have married. The story ends…

…but what of the disgruntled Duke of Solis, whose plans have failed?
